The Pumpkins are coming!! The Pumpkins are coming!!

As we enter the month of October, the countdown for the big day begins. First held in 1990, this marks our 18th annual event. Always a family celebration, the Pumpkinfest is our PTO’s major source of fundraising.

Pumpkinfest offers something for everyone:

Chills and Thrills in the Haunted House, Gentle Boos for the under 6 crowd in the Spooky Space, Finds and Treasures in Gramma’s Attic (aka yard sale), Suspense and Excitement at the Silent Auction, Baskets Galore at the Wheel of Fortune, Bargain Books at the Used Book Sale……
Delicious Treats at the Spooky Café and Harvest Table, Action and Excitement in the Sports Zone, Japanese Craft & Culture, Karaoke, Gym Games, Cake Walk, Amusement Rides, Speed Chess, Pumpkins in time for the holiday and much, much more…….

Bring your family and spread the word to friends in and around the Brookline area.

Pumpkinfest is made possible by the contribution of all of the parents, teachers and staff who volunteer their time and talents towards pulling it all together. Many thanks to those of you who have already signed up to help make the day the great success it has historically been. If you have not already decided how you would like to be involved, or are looking for additional ways to contribute, we invite you to make a child’s theme basket for the Wheel of Fortune, bake a treat for the Harvest Table, donate a cake for the Cake Walk, or join us for a few hours ‘behind the scenes’ in set-up, manning the events or clean-up. Many hands make light work.

In addition, Pumpkinfest is sponsored by our PTO, local businesses and the larger Brookline community. All proceeds support enrichment activities for all of our children here at Lincoln.
